ABOUT POTENCIA CASTING
People bring brands across borders.
Casting and content production for Japanese brands reaching overseas audiences, and international brands reaching Japan. We also provide free direct matching for independent creators and clients in Japan.
Operator
POTENCIA CASTING is a sole proprietorship, not a corporation. Operator and contracting name: Gosuke Kawano (河野剛輔). Email: mydailyjournnall@gmail.com. Official website: https://casting.potencia-academy.com. The business address is disclosed without delay on email request.
How it works
Members publish profiles and briefs, find collaborators and send private messages. Each member chooses their counterpart and agrees scope, fees, payment and rights directly. The platform does not act as agent, escrow provider or guarantor. Registration, listings and matching are free.
Who can use free matching
Public profiles, project listings and member messaging are for independent business users based in Japan, age 18 or older, on projects taking place in Japan. Corporate PR inquiries, private talent applications and overseas partnership inquiries use separate forms. We review the country, location and working conditions of international inquiries individually.
Inbound travel, global product PR and Japan campaigns
We accept inquiries for Japanese businesses reaching Taiwan, the United States and other markets, and international businesses reaching Japanese audiences. On-camera work, production, creator posts and advertising usage are agreed separately. Selection considers audience location, language and project fit, not nationality alone. These are paid, individually quoted services; an initial inquiry or application alone creates no contract or charge.
Overseas partnerships
We welcome proposals for local casting, photography and production, translation and business introductions. Roles, fees, expenses, rights and payment terms are agreed in writing per project. An inquiry or application does not create a subsidiary, branch, employment, agency authority or exclusive relationship, or guarantee work.
Photography and production
Gosuke Kawano also accepts direct photography and production commissions. These are separate contracts with their own responsibilities. The existing 70/30 partner arrangement only applies to separately agreed operator-led production; it is not a fee on member-to-member projects.
Honest presentation
Member profiles are self-reported. Sign-in does not establish verified identity, qualifications, agency approval or immigration permission. Illustrative visuals do not identify represented talent or actual client engagements.
Questions, concerns or information requests
Contact the operator directly. You do not need a company name or project brief to make a privacy or information request.
