Potencia Academy (“we”) handles personal information collected through POTENCIA CASTING in accordance with the following policy.

For company and organizer inquiries, we collect the organization name, contact name, email address, phone number and project details. For talent registration, we collect names, contact details, base location, experience, representation status, and social media or portfolio URLs.

2. How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, select and recommend candidates, confirm engagement terms, coordinate projects, complete contract or payment procedures, improve the service and prevent misuse.

3. Sharing with third parties

We do not provide personal information to third parties without consent unless required by law. When necessary to assess or deliver a project, we may share relevant information with organizers, prospective performers and production partners after confirming the scope.

4. Security

We restrict access and take reasonable measures to prevent loss, leakage, alteration and unauthorized access.

5. Retention

We retain information for as long as needed for the stated purposes, then delete or anonymize it with consideration for legal and operational requirements. You may request deletion through the inquiry form.

6. Registration and opportunities

Talent registration is free and non-exclusive. It does not guarantee project introductions, bookings or payment. Terms are confirmed for each project and become final only after mutual agreement. Represented talent is responsible for following agency rules.

7. Access, correction and deletion

When a person requests access, correction, suspension of use or deletion of their personal information, we respond within a reasonable scope after verifying identity.

8. Changes

We may revise this policy in response to legal or service changes. Material changes will be announced on this website.
