Privacy policy
Gosuke Kawano, trading as POTENCIA CASTING, is the operator and personal information controller.
1. Contact

2. Data collected
Site-specific sign-in identifier, email and available display name; working name, role, area, languages, introduction, portfolio URL, publication choice, terms/consent and timestamps; project listings, messages, reports and blocks. Inquiry and application forms collect names, contacts, representation, availability, budgets, usage, target markets, posting languages, company/product/social URLs, requested deliverables, audience locations and percentages, follower/view figures, compensation and usage preferences, and proposed partnership services. Hosting and authentication providers may process technical connection/security information. Do not submit ID documents, national identification numbers, card numbers or unnecessary sensitive data.
3. Purposes
Authentication, profile/listing display, member communication, inquiries, consent records, security, reports and data requests. For operator-led photography, production, international PR and partnerships, data is also used to assess market and talent/partner fit, discuss terms, contract, deliver, confirm payment and maintain required records. Private form submissions are not automatically published. Unrelated advertising or promotional image reuse requires separate permission.
4. Public and private information
Consented public profiles display the working name, role, region, languages, biography and portfolio URL. Posted briefs are public. Sign-in emails and internal user identifiers are not public. Messages are displayed to the participants; any contact details you write are shared with the other party. Reports and their targets are shared with the operator. Historical private applications are not republished as member profiles without permission.
5. Providers and overseas processing
The site uses OpenAI Sites/authentication and Cloudflare hosting/data services, which may process information outside Japan, including the United States. The operator reviews provider contracts and security arrangements and supervises processing as required by applicable law. Any legally required information or consent for a foreign third-party transfer is handled before that transfer. General acceptance is not blanket consent to all overseas transfers. 6. External services
External portfolio/social links use those sites' policies. Member portfolio images are not automatically loaded for tracking or display. Operator photography payments occur on Stripe; our forms do not collect card numbers. The production-page Google Calendar loads only after you choose to display it and then sends technical information such as IP address to Google.
7. Security and retention
Public, participant and operator access is separated. Data is retained for the purposes needed and deleted/anonymized after withdrawal or completion, except necessary legal/dispute/security records. Request an outline of security safeguards to the extent disclosure does not undermine them. Incidents are investigated and remediated, with legally required reporting and notification.
8. Your requests
Contact us from your sign-in email to request purposes, access to retained personal data or transfer records, correction, restriction, deletion or cessation of third-party provision. We verify identity proportionately and respond without delay under applicable law, explaining any refusal. Disclosure requests are free. Hiding a profile does not recover copies saved by third parties.
9. Updates
Effective dates are announced with changes and additional consent is obtained where legally required.
