RESPECT COMES FIRST.
Create with care.
Practical steps for photographers, models, creators and clients working together.
Know who you are working with
Confirm each party's legal/business name, contact details, agency permissions and permitted work. Account sign-in is not identity or professional verification. Share sensitive documents only when necessary and through an appropriate method.
Agree money and delivery
Specify fee, taxes, expenses, date and method of payment, deliverables, formats, deadline, review period and revisions. Decide who books and pays for venues. Do not proceed on an unanswered message.
Give image rights their own discussion
Specify media, duration, territory, ads, editing and portfolio use. A photographer's copyright and a model's likeness permission are different. Default to no AI use unless separately agreed in detail.
Plan a safe shoot
Confirm the location, team, clothing, poses and any physical contact in advance. Discuss a companion or a public meeting place. You can refuse unagreed changes. For immediate danger, seek police/emergency assistance.
Keep records and handle changes
Keep the agreed brief and messages. Agree cancellation, weather, illness, rescheduling and reasonable incurred costs. Contract changes need both parties' agreement.
If a problem occurs
Pause unsafe activity, preserve relevant records, block unwanted contact and report the facts through the site. The operator can review use of the platform; it does not guarantee payment or resolve project disputes on your behalf.
