OUTBOUND & JAPAN-MARKET PR

01 / CAMPAIGN OBJECTIVES

A reason to travel. A brand to discover.

Translate what makes your business special into information Japanese customers can act on. Travel campaigns and product campaigns each start with a clear purpose.

01 / TRAVEL BEYOND JAPAN

Welcome visitors from Japan.

Introduce your experience, rooms, food and location in Japanese. Explain what is included and how to book, so people planning a trip can consider your business.

Hotels & resorts / Restaurants / Attractions & experiences

02 / DISCOVER GLOBAL BRANDS

Introduce your brand to Japan.

Show your product’s features and uses in a context relevant to Japanese customers. Where an accessible purchase page is available, the content can guide viewers there.

Fashion / Craft & design / Lifestyle products

02 / THE RIGHT PEOPLE

Choose a voice that reaches Japan.

We review audience location, content language and subject expertise. The right match depends on the brief and a creator’s regular content, alongside follower numbers.

Explain uses, design and the story behind your brand in Japanese. We look for a fit between the product, a creator’s expertise and their audience’s interests.

05 / PAID CAMPAIGNS

A quote built around your campaign.

Campaigns are quoted as paid projects, including talent and production fees and necessary expenses. Your quote reflects the chosen cast, content, publishing and usage scope.

  • Talent fees
  • Creator publishing
  • Photography & editing
  • Asset usage rights
  • Travel & accommodation
  • Planning & coordination

The quote confirms currency, the final tax-inclusive total and payment timing. An initial consultation is free. Paid work begins after acceptance of the scope and quote.

For an overseas shoot, talent, publishing and production fees are considered alongside flights, accommodation and local transport. Dates, booking responsibilities, expenses and payment terms are agreed before the project is confirmed.

We deliver the agreed production, publishing and reporting services. Views, visits and sales are not guaranteed.

06 / QUESTIONS

Before we begin.

Can an overseas company get in touch?

Yes. Inquiries are welcome in English or Japanese. Share your location, the Japanese customer group you want to reach, your campaign idea and your budget. We will confirm the scope and any local support required.

Do we need to bring a model over from Japan?

That depends on the brief. We can discuss prospective talent able to work at the destination, product photography in Japan and other practical options, considering audience reach, production needs and travel costs.

Can we use the photographs and videos in our own advertising?

We agree the media, period, territory, advertising use and permitted edits, then quote the required permissions. Creator posts and your business’s use of the assets are separate items in the agreement.
