Commercial disclosure
Sales conditions for consumer portrait photography. Corporate casting and production projects follow their separately supplied quotes and agreements.
Separate from free matching
This disclosure concerns paid services provided by the operator. Member matching is free; members agree and pay their own project fees directly.

Price and additional costs
A 60-minute portrait session: photography fee ¥20,000, tax included. Any transport, location or other charges are itemized and accepted before payment. No unagreed extras. The shoot, number and format of delivered images, retouching scope and delivery date are specifically confirmed before purchase.
Payment
After written confirmation of the date, location, deliverables, total price and cancellation terms, pay on the Stripe page before the shoot by the individually advised deadline. Available payment methods appear there. An inquiry or calendar view does not incur a charge.
Delivery and booking
Photography takes place on the agreed date; delivery follows the date stated in the prepayment confirmation. Booking is confirmed after mutual agreement on the session and receipt of the advised payment. Do not pay while availability or terms remain unconfirmed. This is a single session, with no recurring charge.
Cancellation, postponement and refunds
For new consumer portrait agreements made after this update, cancellation before the shoot begins has no cancellation fee. Previously itemized and accepted non-cancellable venue or similar costs are settled at actual cost and only within legally permitted limits. If a customer stops a shoot already in progress, the delivered portion is settled proportionately. If we cancel and no alternative date is agreed, the unprovided portion is refunded. Weather disruption is discussed before the shoot.
After delivery
Completed photography cannot be returned for a change of mind. If the deliverables do not conform to the agreement or contain a defect for which we are responsible, contact us promptly. Correction, redelivery or an appropriate refund follows applicable law and the agreement. Statutory rights are unaffected.
Refund process
Email your name, session date and payment reference. Once the refund amount is confirmed, we normally initiate the refund within seven business days. Actual card or bank posting times depend on the relevant providers.
