What does the 30% support?
We share the inquiry and coordination work that can otherwise fall on the photographer alone. The scope of support is confirmed for every project.
Model coordination
We discuss suitable candidates, availability, participation terms and image usage with models.
Clear terms before the shoot
We clarify editing scope, image count, revisions, expenses, payment dates and cancellation terms.
Projects that fit your style
We consider your portfolio, location and availability when reviewing opportunities. Introductions and bookings are not guaranteed.

Your schedule, location and style matter. Confirm what works for both sides before accepting a brief.
- Engagement
- Non-exclusive freelance work. Applying does not enter a service contract.
- Choice
- Review dates, area and scope for each project. Other clients and work are welcome.
- Availability
- No fixed shifts or minimum booking quota. Once accepted, agreed dates and deadlines apply.
- Studios & locations
- Propose your own venue and booking arrangements. Agree costs, booking party, payer and cancellation fees before reserving.
- Photography
- Model, portrait, fashion, lifestyle, social and brand imagery. We review your work and discuss fit.
- Location
- Primarily Tokyo and Kanto; tell us which other areas you cover. Work and income are not guaranteed.
Transparent by design
70% of the photography fee goes to you.
The split applies to the photography/editing fee agreed before the project, excluding tax: photographer 70%, operations 30%. Model fees, studio hire, travel and hair/makeup are itemized separately, with the payer agreed in advance.
Example: a ¥100,000 photography/editing fee plus ¥20,000 studio hire means ¥70,000 for the photographer and ¥30,000 for operations. The separate studio cost is settled by the agreed payer. All figures exclude tax.
These basic terms apply to photography projects received and coordinated by POTENCIA. They do not automatically apply to your own direct clients. Additional costs and changes require agreement before they arise.

We look for a fit between the photographer’s style and the model’s expression. Fees, deliverables and usage are clarified in advance, with participation and image use subject to the model’s consent.

Frequently asked questions
Is this exclusive?
No. You can continue your own work and other collaborations, and decide whether to accept each project.
Are there registration or monthly fees?
No. Applying and registering are free. The operations share is 30% of the photography/editing fee of individually agreed eligible projects.
Can I arrange a studio?
Yes. Share the fee, payer and cancellation terms and confirm approval before booking. No particular studio is mandatory.
Can I use images in my portfolio or on social media?
It depends on model/client consent and project usage terms. Confirm channels, timing, credits and secondary usage before shooting.
Is work guaranteed?
No. We are currently recruiting photography partners. Projects and income are not guaranteed; we contact partners when style, location and conditions fit.
